How To Use Family Tree Wisely

Formerly:  How To Use New FamilySearch Correctly

by George W. Scott
Family Tree has replaced New FamilySearch, so start using Family Tree today!  New FamilySearch will become a read-only site at the end of 2013; that means it will be there for reference purposes only--you will not be able to make any changes in New FamilySearch after 12/31/2013.  New FamilySearch will remain as a read-only site until the end of 2014 and then is scheduled to be closed down entirely. You need to do Steps 5 and 6 of Chapter G of my manual before New FamilySearch closes down entirely.

I currently have one manual on this website:  "How To Use Family Tree Wisely."  It is 100 pages, in PDF format.  It can be used by an individual or as a teacher's manual.  You can download it for free.  To view, print, or save it, click: FamilyTree.pdf

Stevenson's Genealogy Center in Provo sells printed copies of the manual.  Their phone is (801) 374-9600, extension 2.
